In the first meeting with the client, he asked "how do you make something that's not sexy, sexy" this is how we did it (concept 3). Needless to say that when we presented this to our client he got a huge smile on his face and said: "this makes me happy." 

Concepts 
Headline: Take a Deep Breath (concept 1)

People don’t usually think about their crawl spaces or attics until something goes wrong. This concept encourages homeowners to be proactive by educating them about something they likely don’t know — up to 40% of a home’s breathable air can come from the crawl space. It also highlights how poor insulation, mold, and moisture can lead to unnecessary costs and health concerns.

 

Headline: No Subcontractors (concept 2)

This concept positions CSCP as the area’s only crawl space cleanup company that doesn’t hire subcontractors. All work is handled by trusted CSCP employees whose profiles can be viewed in advance on the company website, giving homeowners peace of mind and confidence in who’s working in their home.
 

Headline: Crawl spaces so clean, you'll want to live in them. (concept 3)

Crawl Spaces Turned Into Living Spaces? The big idea behind this one is simple, but the execution is pretty outrageous. Here’s the key point: CSCP does such a great job of cleaning up and weatherproofing your crawlspace, that you could actually live under your house. It’s all very tongue-in-cheek obviously – but visually drives home the quality of work CSCP is known for in an unforgettable way.
